Christopher Reynolds&n born in St Pete and has lived in Pinellas County most of life. He graduated from Eckerd College in St Pete with a major in political science and minor in philosophy; then graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. In addition to graduating with honors, he was a Senior Associate on the Stetson Law Review.

He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has spent the entirety of his law practice working for Winters & Yonker, P.A., devoting approximately 95% of his practice to litigation regarding a variety of tort law and negligence law litigation in both state and federal courts. 

His  practice is limited to representing plaintiffs and he has never engaged in any defense work.
