Gregg grew up in Sebastian, FL. In middle school, he made the decision to pursue a career in law. His interest in law developed after seeing various individuals in his community and nationwide being taken advantage of in the legal system. He was determined to help the misaligned achieve justice.
Gregg attended the University of Florida where he studied political science and business administration. During his undergrad years, Gregg joined various organizations dedicated to community service and developing skills that would be useful in the practice of law. He graduated a year early to begin his education in law school.
During his law school years at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Gregg focused on courses that developed his legal skills. He also joined groups such as the Gators for Alternative Dispute Resolution to learn about the art of negotiation. His first summer, he interned at a personal injury law firm in Gainesville, FL and developed a heightened interest in the field of law. After taking various internships in other fields of law, Gregg decided that personal injury is what gave him the most passion. Gregg started working at Winters and Yonker soon after graduating law school in 2017.
