Two children died in an accident that happened afternoon when a vehicle crashed into a Florida Panhandle miniature golf course on December 4. The Coconut Creek Family Fun Park crash is still under investigation.

The family from Louisville, Kentucky was at the miniature golf course in Panama City Beach around 3:30 p.m. The children were with their parents, said Debbie Ward, public information officer for the city of Panama City Beach.

According to the police report, Scott Donaldson from Panama City Beach was operating a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. He veered from the westbound lanes of Front Beach Road and onto the Coconut Creek Park, where he struck the two children.

One of the children died at the scene of the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park crash. The other child died in a local hospital.

After the tragedy, there was a GoFundMe page “Support for Lauren and Matt Kirchgessner”. The aim is to raise funds for the parents of the two children, Addie and Baylor Kirchgessner.

Losing loved ones in such a brutal accident is a harsh thing. However, you have the right to file a lawsuit against the liable driver and seek a settlement.

While there aren’t finances that could soothe the pain after you lose a loved one, you shouldn’t hesitate to do this.

While people are in mourning, the last thing they can think of is filing lawsuits and going into the administrative labyrinth. Instead to get lost in the legal terms and steps, allow a car accident attorney from Tampa to take care of everything.

Your lawyer would collect the evidence and will not stop working until you get your deserved compensation. Although insurance companies aren’t glad to pay big sums, your lawyer would negotiate until you get a decent offer.
