Two Drivers Dead in a Crash on I-95N

Crash on I-95N

Two people were killed in a fatal crash on I-95N on Friday morning, April 30. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision occurred sometime around 2 a.m. near Emerson Street.

Florida Highway Patrol said a vehicle was going south in the NB lanes and hit a vehicle that was heading north. Both drivers were killed at the scene. The police identified one of the drivers as a twenty-six-year-old man.

The roads were closed for several hours during the investigation into the crash on I-95N.

Nobody can predict an accident. Driving carefully is a sure way not to cause an accident, but you can’t control other drivers.

If you were injured in an accident caused by another driver, you may be entitled to a compensation claim. Even if the crash was minor and you got out of it with non-life-threatening injuries, getting a claim is important because you will have to cover your medical expenses, potential lost wages and pain and suffering.

Trying to get the claim won’t always go smoothly. The other driver’s insurance company will use all their ways to offer a low settlement. Trying to get your claim by yourself can lead to a low claim. Many people fear that they may not get another better offer so they accept the first one.

This is why a car accident attorney is necessary. Your lawyer will review your case and will know how far you can go in the negotiation process. Of course, if your injuries were severe and required a long medical treatment, they won’t suggest you accept the first low claim. Your case might even get to court.

No matter the outcome, having a Florida car accident attorney by your side is a good idea, because this way you can be sure that you have legal support. For more info contact our office.
