I was in an accident July 15,2023 I was hit by a careless bus driver . I called multiple law firms but winters and Yonkers call me first.

Chris , Sara, Tony , even Ms. Debbie , they all were really great and helpful , from start to finish they were behind me and I truly appreciate them , I finally closed my case this year , after 2 years of suffering and pain I feel like I got a some what reasonable amount, would I use them again if I needed to ? Yes , and I would request the same team , although sometimes I felt like I wasn’t getting the information I needed and at time I felt I wasn’t getting bothering them by calling . But I will say my patience was key to my case being resolved smoothly but also this was my FIRST car accident and I didn’t know what to expect nor how the process went and they made it a little easier for me but my anxiety is what kept me on edge. Overall they helped me out and got my case settled outside of court which was a good thing.

I love this firm!! Bill Winters and staff are very helpful, professional, and they really care about their clients. I've had two cases with them, and each time, I've been handled with the utmost respect and all the other things I mentioned above. I was in a pretty serious T-bone accident, where my car was totaled. I was left with injuries and lots of anxiety. My attorney, Patrick Brannon was with me for every twist and turn that came along during my case. My case ended up being unique and threw us for a loop at the end, but Patrick was able to do what he does best and win the case. He truly cares about his job and you can tell. Winters & Yonker, Tampa Personal Injury Lawyers did incredible work on my truck accident case. I never thought I'd need a 'truck accident lawyer near me,' but a terrifying experience on the Veterans Expressway changed everything. I was driving in Westshore heading towards downtown Tampa, when a large commercial truck, an 18-wheeler, merged into my lane without signaling and sideswiped my car. The impact was devastating. My car was spun around, and I ended up facing oncoming traffic. I was incredibly lucky to avoid a head-on collision, but I still sustained serious injuries, including a fractured wrist, several broken ribs, and a traumatic brain injury

I was hit by a distracted driver heading into Downtown Tampa on W Kenedy Blvd. After getting released from the HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital, I was inundated with bills and phone calls. I was confused by all the billing and liability concerns. At first I tried to deal with the insurance company on my own, but after being told that the insurance company was “only accepting 70% of the fault for the collision” (the other driver ran a red light) I decided I needed to hire a lawyer. After doing my research and talking with friends, I decided to hire Tampa Personal Injury Lawyers Winters & Yonker. The reviews for the firm are not exaggerations. If there were six stars on this thing, I would give them all six.
During the 10-month-long process, Bill Winters helped me find quality doctors, like Lindsay Wiles, MD to help treat my back and leg pain and he helped me navigate the process of filing my lawsuit against the insurance compay. The entire time he kept me informed about what was going on and what to expect. Long story short, the firm was able to stop all of the phone calls from the adjuster and medical bills, and they handled everything! In the end, I settled for an amount much larger than I ever expected and I could not be happier with the result. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with W&Y. I had a few annoying moments with communication but in the end, W&Y did right by me. I signed papers with them before looking at reviews which gave me some anxiety about the coming experience but I can safely say (from my experience) those negative reviews are outdated and or resolved within their institution.
In the end, I’d recommend them. Hopefully this helped.
